Payments and charges
There is a 50 % deposit required at the time of placing the order. The balance will be due on pick up
or prior to shipping of the product to the customer. If requested, we can mail one finished invitation
to the customer before shipping the rest. But we cannot deliver the invitations without payment in full.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges, which we will notify prior to shipping.
Cancellation and Refunds
Normally, there is no charge for the consultation time spent on coming up with a design for the invitation.
However, upon final approval of proof, if the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, there will be a
charge of $15/hr towards the time spent in coming up with the design and getting to the stage of final
approval. The rest of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations up to 3 days after the final
approval, there will be a charge of 50%. The customer will be responsible for the entire purchase price
after the 3 day time frame.
Delivery and shipping
It normally takes 4 to 6 weeks. It depends on the design of the invitation. If it is a design we already
have with minimal changes, then it will be 4 weeks from final approval from the customer. If it is a design
where we have to change the material and requires a lot of personalization, it will take 6 weeks from
approval.
We also offer express delivery for an additional fee of $150, which will be 10 to 12 business days
from approval. We normally use UPS/Fedex/DHL for shipping the products to you. Delivery chargesdepend
on the zip codeand the type of delivery you choose. We can also use your account number to ship the
products to you. Handling charges will depend on the size of the order.
