I am interested in your products. How do I get started?

We schedule a consultation with you to discuss your event, your needs and your budget. We work with you on selection of material and the design. You can choose from the fonts and styles that we have or bring your own design to us. We will do everything to incorporate your ideas. Once we have your final approval we will start working on your invitation. Once we have the proof ready we will email it to you and only on your approval and satisfaction, we will start printing.

What is the minimum order I can make?

Our minimum order is 50 cards on products that we normally carry, with minimum personalization using the range of symbols and materials we carry. If we need to personalize it with a photo or make the paper especially for your invitation, then the minimum order will be 100. We will let you know during our consultation.

Can I purchase samples before I make a large order?

You can purchase as many samples as you want from us. The normal time for shipping samples is 10 business days. The cost of the sample including shipping will be credited to your purchase price when you place the order with us.

Delivery and Shipping

It normally takes 3 to 5 weeks. It depends on the design of the invitation. If it is a design we already have with minimal changes, then it will be 4 weeks from final approval from the customer. If it is a design where we have to change the material and requires a lot of personalization, it will take 6 weeks from approval. We also offer express delivery for an additional fee of $150, which will be 10 to 12 business days from approval. We normally use UPS/Fedex/DHL for shipping the products to you. Delivery charges depend on the zip code and the type of delivery you choose. We can also use your account number to ship the products to you. Handling charges will depend on the size of the order.

Payment and Charges

There is a 50 % deposit required at the time of placing the order. The balance will be due on pick up or prior to shipping of the product to the customer. If requested, we can mail one finished invitation to the customer before shipping the rest. But we cannot deliver the invitations without payment in full. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges, which we will notify prior to shipping.

Order Cancellations and refunds

Normally, there is no charge for the consultation time spent on coming up with a design for the invitation. However, upon final approval of proof, if the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, there will be a charge of $15/hr towards the time spent in coming up with the design and getting to the stage of final approval. The rest of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations up to 3 days after the final approval, there will be a charge of 50%. The customer will be responsible for the entire purchase price after the 3 day time frame. Any refund for cancellations after that will be at the discretion of Hindi Hip Inc. depending on the circumstances.

Are there any font choices for the invitation wording?

Apart from English, we also print in other languages, such as Spanish, Hebrew, French, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Gujrati, Punjabi, Tamil & Bengali and ANY OTHER foreign language. Just send us the Word files or text by e-mail. You also have a choice of sending us your own fonts, or symbols. All this can be done via email or an in-person consultations if you are within the tri-county area.
